Air Fryer Ranch Potatoes are the perfect side dish to serve with just about any meal.

They are a great compliment to meatloaf, pork tenderloin, oven-roasted chicken and more.

Ranch potatoes make for a great side dish with just about any meal!

And to be honest, there are times that I make these ranch potatoes as part of my breakfast. Serve them with a few sausage links and breakfast is ready!

It is obvious that I have absolutely fallen in love with the taste of these Ranch seasoned potatoes. So much that I have learned to make my own Dry Ranch Dressing Mix. Now I don’t have to buy pre-made packets at the grocery store any more.

So one day when I was looking for a way to use up some little red potatoes, my first thought was Ranch Potatoes!

However, it was too hot to heat up the oven and roast potatoes for an hour. Therefore, I pulled out my Air Fryer Power 360 and let it do the cooking instead.

Air Fryer Ranch Potatoes

For this recipe, we like to use red potatoes. They have a thin skin and don’t require any peeling.

cutting red potatoes
Depending on the size of your red potatoes, either cut them in half or quarter them.

However, you can use other varieties of potatoes as well. Although I would recommend peeling Russet potatoes if that is what you are using.

Cut your potatoes into large bite size pieces. Because red potatoes are relatively small, we typically cut them in half or in quarters. Then place the potatoes in a medium bowl.

Drizzle oil and sprinkle the potatoes with the Ranch seasonings. Toss well to coat.

Potatoes seasoned
Once you have your potatoes cut, drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings on top. Then toss to coat.

Preheat your air fryer at 400°F. Then place the ranch potatoes in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes.

Toss the potatoes and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes. The potatoes are done when they are fork tender and the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Serve immediately. If there are any leftovers, which is highly doubtful, you can reheat them at 400°F for 5 minutes.

Enjoy!
