I made your instant pot spagetti sauce and love it. Can the recipe be doubled? Second I would like to make the Tomato sauce but you have it frozen. Can it be canned? Thank you

I am so glad that you like the spaghetti sauce and yes, it definitely can be doubled. As for the tomato sauce, it is not safe to be canned because it contains olive oil.

Just used a bunch of slightly damaged tomatoes to make the wonderful and easy Instant Pot fresh tomato soup. We are vegan and so the substitution of bread for any dairy products was a revelation! Absolutely delicious--I will never discard a damaged tomato again, no matter how many tomatoes sit waiting to be eaten!

Thanking thank you for providing all these wonderful recipes the air fryer corn beef recipe does not give a temperature to cook for the first hour could you let me know what the temperature should be you indicated that preheating the oven to 180° and then later to increase it to 200° but the first hour should it be cooked at 180° thank you

You are correct Larry - the initial hour is at the preheated temperature of 180°C. I hope that helps!
