what size of can is your dice tomatoes in your instant pot chicken curry recipe

The recipe calls for a standard can of diced tomatoes which, depending on the brand is 15 ounces, or 14.5 ounces. However, I have also used a pint of canned diced tomatoes from my home canned goods from my garden as well. Sorry that post is old and needs updated soon!

Hi Mary, had to tell you I made the pumpkin bread from the recipe you posted last week and it was delicious ,light and moist. It's a keeper. I did add about a tbls. of roasted, ground pumpkin seeds for some added nutrition. I like to make my own pumpkin puree so had lots of seeds, also season and roast the seeds for my family when then co me. As hubby and I both have dental issues (we are both 87) I grind up nuts or seed to add to some baked goods or sprinkle on yogurt , salad , I've cream etc. Again thanks for your recipes and just signed up for your Cook for two recipes. Warm regards, Joyce Courtney.

I made your instant pot spagetti sauce and love it. Can the recipe be doubled? Second I would like to make the Tomato sauce but you have it frozen. Can it be canned? Thank you

I am so glad that you like the spaghetti sauce and yes, it definitely can be doubled. As for the tomato sauce, it is not safe to be canned because it contains olive oil.
