For your recipe for air fryer mac and cheese, do we use uncooked macaroni? Also, when you say “cook” do you mean air fry, bake or roast. My air fryer has those three settings.

For this recipe you use dry elbow noodles and the air fryer function. However, I am sure you could bake it as well, increasing the temperature by 25°F.

The recipe at the bottom of the page for making chocolate bourbon balls does not tell you how much butter is in the recipe. It tells you to mix the butter and sugar, but not how much butter.

Thank you for catching the error! The recipe in the article itself has the measurement, but I have also updated the recipe card.

I have used your recipe for Ham and bean soup and it’s fantastic and all of a sudden it is no longer on Pinterest. Can I locate it somewhere else? It’s our favorite

@makeyourmeals, hi Mary….I am looking for the recipe for Instant Pot Ham and Bean Soup. The picture comes up but there is no recipe when I click on the picture or the “read more” link. I really do love this soup but can’t remember the complete recipe without having the ingredients. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again for wonderful recipes.

Hi Cathy. I am glad that you love my Ham and Bean Soup recipe, I actually have two ham and bean recipes, so I am not sure which one that you are referring to. However, if you click on the magnifying glass in the top right hand corner of the website, you can search for the recipe there. I hope that helps! Mary

Hi, I love your recipes and the way you explain everything--I definitely need it!

I want to make the Instant Pot Burgundy Beef recipe, but there is one glitch. I have a Ninja Foodi Deluxe with the Instant Pot and Pressure Cook functions. When pressure cooking, you indicate to select the Meat/Stew function. I don't think the Foodi has that specifically--it is generally high or low I believe. So, would the high selection be okay to use?

Hi Deb and I am so glad that you are enjoying my recipes. As for the Beef Burgundy cook on HIGH pressure for 40 minutes. I hope that helps and good luck!

Hello Mary, Your recipe for Chicken Tenders mentions a different air fryer from the previous ones used, the NuWave. I'm not a gadget person so I've been on the fence about getting an air fryer but your recipes sound so delicious, I'm starting to thing I really need to try one. Can you break down what you like about each of the air fryers mentioned in your recipes? I really don't have the room or budget to purchase more than one. Thank you!

Hi Mary. I have used 4 different air fryers over the past several years. Two which are the basket type, and two that are larger, more like a toaster oven. It really depends on how many you are cooking for to decide which one that would be best for you. The larger oven types can cook more food, but it takes a few minutes longer. I like the versatility of the combo Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker and Air Crisper, and now Instant Pot has one as well. If you don't have a pressure cooker or an air fryer, I would definitely recommend either one of those. However if you have a pressure cooker already and are cooking for more than two or three people, the larger air fryer oven style would be best. I like both my Emeril Lagasse Power 360 and the NuWave brands equally. I hope that helps! Mary
