Instant Pot Turkey Noodle Casserole

Turkey noodle casserole is a fantastic way to use leftover turkey to make a satisfying meal that everyone loves.


  • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 16 oz bag frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 10.5 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream


  • Add all the ingredients except the heavy cream to the liner of the Instant Pot and stir.
  • Pressure cook/manual on HIGH pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time expires, carefully quick release pressure. Remove the lid and stir in heavy cream.
  • Place pot on Sauté mode and cook 2-3 additional minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve immediately.


Serve with a heated dinner roll or biscuit for a true comfort meal.
You can also use diced fresh veggies instead of frozen vegetables if you prefer.
