Instant Pot Turkey Noodle Casserole
Turkey noodle casserole is a fantastic way to use leftover turkey to make a satisfying meal that everyone loves.
- 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 16 oz bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1 10.5 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz egg noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
Add all the ingredients except the heavy cream to the liner of the Instant Pot and stir.
Pressure cook/manual on HIGH pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking time expires, carefully quick release pressure. Remove the lid and stir in heavy cream.
Place pot on Sauté mode and cook 2-3 additional minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve with a heated dinner roll or biscuit for a true comfort meal.
You can also use diced fresh veggies instead of frozen vegetables if you prefer.
