Shrimp, corn on the cob, sausage and potatoes flavored with creole seasoning that can be served traditional style on the middle of the table or on a plate.

1cupof chicken broth
1Tablespoonof Crab & Shrimp Boiloptional
1teaspooncrushed red pepper flakesoptional
1sweet onioncut in 8 pieces
6-8frozen corn-on-the-cob halves
12ouncepackage of fully cooked sausage of your choicecut into 1/2 inch sections
2poundsof frozen shrimp (deveineduncooked)
Add broth, crab & shrimp boil, creole seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into the Instant Pot and stir.
Next add the onion, still in chunks, and the minced garlic.
Layer the potatoes on top and around the onions.
Next add frozen corn on the cob pieces around the outer layer of the pot.
Add chunks of sausage in the center of the corn on the cob.
Add frozen shrimp on top.
Place the lid in the sealing position and Pressure Cook on High pressure for 0 minutes.
Set a timer for 35 minutes. Once the timer goes off, hit the cancel button and quick release any remaining pressure. The pot may not have come to full pressure, however, your food will be cooked perfectly.
