Honey Glazed Ham
How to cook the perfect ham with a sweet honey glaze that will leave you begging for more!
packed brown sugar
juiced and zested
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Place ham in a roasting pan. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, orange juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside.
Remove ham from oven and brush the glaze all over the ham.
Bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes, brushing the ham with the glaze every 10 minutes.
If the ham is getting too brown on the top, place a cover or aluminum foil over the top.
Once cooked, remove from oven and tent with foil until ready to be served.
